Visitor Center

In 2020, we teamed up with the City of Tyler and Visit Tyler to help create a new Visitor’s Center in the heart of downtown. More than just a location change, it was a strategic move: give tourism a more visible hub, and help the City cut down on office space costs by co-locating teams.

Heart of Tyler helped envision and advocate for this solution—one of the many ways we are working to improve downtown!
