In 2020 we launched the Downtown Busyness Campaign, an effort to remind folks that downtown Tyler was still open, still vibrant, and still worth exploring. From creative window displays to street-level promotions and social media storytelling, we reignited interest in local businesses and put some serious energy back into the district.

Despite the challenges of the year, the campaign was a success. Locals responded with enthusiasm, foot traffic picked up, and merchants shared overwhelmingly positive feedback. Sometimes, all a place needs is a little nudge—and a whole lot of hustle.
