OUR BUSYNESS AT A GLANCE.

Encompassing just a few square miles of the City of Tyler, downtown is home to scores of retailers, restaurants, businesses and residents, each one making unique contributions to the energy here. Live music and theater, fine dining and home cooking, artwork and adventure, entertainment outlets and educational, shopping and service – it’s all here, and it’s Heart of Tyler’s privilege to keep citizens and visitors informed about all the opportunities available to them in Downtown Tyler.
We want to be the go-to resource, the primary conduit of information on this area of Tyler, and we’ve crafted an ongoing marketing campaign and social media presence to tell our city, state, country and beyond about how we’re keeping busy.

It is intended to communicate that there is beauty within all of us if you just look. My goal is to encourage everyone to create what is next in their life, to search for what is beautiful within everyone, while being aware of the beauty in Tyler, and particularly in the downtown area.”
